You’ll begin to build a relationship with your body that leads to real, steady change.
1:1 Somatic Anxiety Coaching
$250 per session
Work one-on-one to gently rewire your nervous system and stop the cycle of anxious overfunctioning. These personalized sessions help you build safety, release survival patterns, and develop a somatic toolkit that actually works for your body.
Available online or in-person in New York City.
Group Coaching
Coming Fall 2025
Join a live, small-group experience designed to help you move from survival mode to grounded presence. In a supportive community, you’ll learn body-based tools, practice nervous system regulation, and begin to feel steady—even when life is not.
